Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Professional Broadcast Supply reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.


Pre-Shipping Cancellations for "Available" Orders:
Most orders placed with 
Professional Broadcast Supply that are "available" usually ship within 1-7 business days. Because of this, 
 Professional Broadcast Supply does not guarantee pre-shipping cancellations on any order('s) with "available" items. Email us at info@probroadcastsupply.com as soon as possible. Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our suppliers warehouses and we may not be able to cancel your order. If you cancel your order after we have placed our order with our suppliers, you will be refunded you purchase price minus a $5 processing fee. Once an order is being processed for shipping or item has shipped, in most cases cannot be canceled.   If item is canceled by purchaser, and label has been generated for shipment item is considered shipped and a "return" restocking fee will be deducted from refund.


All products sold by Professional Broadcast Supply are new, factory sealed & covered by manufacturer warranties unless otherwise specified. If you find your package is not delivered in this condition, please contact us immediately at [email protected].   

Professional Broadcast Supply does not offer any technical assistance. We cannot offer advice on compatibility of items. We are not technicians, only a quality retailer with competitive prices. Always check for compatibility before purchase, as "I bought the wrong item" is not our fault and therefore, we cannot accept a return because of it.
