The HT-DSCV3-RX and TX from Hall Technologies represent the cutting edge of USB 3.2 extension technology. Designed to meet the demands of modern connectivity, these extenders support the USB 3.2 Gen 1x1 standard, delivering lightning-fast 5 Gbit/s data transfer rates. They are fully backward compatible with USB 3.0, USB 2.0, and USB 1.1, ensuring seamless integration with both new and legacy devices.
Key to the DSCV3 family is its POH (Power over HDBT) module, which allows the extenders to be powered from just one side (either the transmitter or the receiver). This innovative feature simplifies installation and reduces the need for additional power supplies. The transmitter (TX) features a built-in PSE (Power Sourcing Equipment) module, capable of delivering up to 90W of charging power via USB-C when connected to a local power source-perfect for powering laptops and other high-demand host devices.
The DSCV3 extenders also include control pass-through functionality, enabling users to manage the source device from the display's location or control the display from the source's location. This versatile control capability is ideal for AV environments that require flexibility and ease of use.
With their compact, space-saving design, the HT-DSCV3-TX and RX extenders are easy to install in a variety of environments, from professional AV setups to compact office spaces. Whether you're looking to extend USB connectivity, power devices efficiently, or simplify control over your AV system, the HT-DSCV3 family offers the performance and reliability to get the job done.
